Double Layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie


2 2.75 WOW Baking Company Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies

6 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons milk

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tub cool whip

1 package chocolate instant pudding (5.9 ounce)

1 1/2 cups milk


Makes 1 Delicious Pie

1) Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Lightly spray pie dish with cooking spray.

2) With a food processor, grind cookies to a sandy pea texture.  Pour the crumbs into a pie dish.

3) With your fingers, press down cookie crumbles to cover the pie dish.

4) Place pie dish in oven for 10 minutes.

5) Remove pie crust from oven and press down warm soft crust with your fingers. Let cool completely.

6) While crust is cooling, in a medium sized bowl beat cream cheese till fluffy.

7) Add milk, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip, mix until smooth.

8) Pour fluffy mixture into the pie crust after it's completely cooled.

9) In another medium sized bowl, blend chocolate instant pudding and milk for 2 minutes.

10) Fold in 1 1/2  cups cool whip into pudding and pour on top of the cream cheese layer in the pie pan.

11) Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
