INGREDIENTS:
Batter mix:
1/2 Cup Butter
1 WOW Baking Company Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla
Dry mix:
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1) Beat butter to cream, until it's fluffy.
2) Add WOW Baking Company Yellow Cake Mix and All Purpose Gluten-Free Flour until well combined.
3) Mix in the remaining Batter ingredients.
4) Add and mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
5) Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking dish by greasing. Add the cake mix and flour mixture.
6) Add half of the batter to the dish and spread to cover evenly.
7) Sprinkle half of the dry mix on top of the batter.
8) Repeat and spread remaining batter on top of the dry carefully. Tip: place dollops of batter on top and then take a spatula to spread evenly without disturbing the dry.
9) Finish by sprinkling the remaining dry mix as the top layer.
10) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
11) Let the coffee cake cool for 20 minutes before cutting.
12) Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
