Our Story

It all started in 2004 when Sue created a delicious cookie for a friend’s son who was experiencing gluten sensitivity issues. The choices on the market then were less than desirable and Sue was determined to craft a delicious, soft baked cookie full of flavor and made with quality ingredients that we all recognize. She went on to create four original flavors and a decadent signature brownie.

Since then, we have expanded our offerings to include such yummy flavors as Oregon Oatmeal, Triple Chocolate Chunk and seasonal favorites like Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Brownie. We remain dedicated to creating the best tasting wheat- and gluten-free baked goods using only the finest ingredients. You won’t find artificial flavors or colors here!

All our products are produced in a dedicated, gluten-free, SQF Certified facility by a team of dedicated bakers. Our team follows strict quality guidelines to ensure each customer receives the very best product!

Susan Howe

Susan is founder and owner of WOW Baking Company. She is formally trained in culinary baking and enjoys coming up with delicious new recipes. A graduate of the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR, she has a true passion for baking. Susan spent countless hours mixing and testing to master the ultimate blend of ingredients. After the WOW team gets a chance to devour her creations, she evaluates the comments and refines the recipes to perfection.
