Shipping policy

WOW Baking Company ships orders Monday through Thursday. We do our very best to ship orders within 4 business days of receipt. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear. If you created an account, you can also login to see order details and change any recurring subscriptions. Ground shipping could take as many as 7-14 days for delivery depending on carrier. WOW does not guarantee shipper arrival dates. Shipments from WOW Baking Company may be effected by warmer climates/temperatures. Products containing chocolate chips will melt when exposed to warmer temperatures. While this may affect the appearance of the product, it does not effect the delicious taste of WOW Baking Company products.
