Refund policy
Because our products are perishable, all food sales are final. If you feel that there was a unique error in your purchasing experience, please contact us at info@wowbaking.com. It is our priority to make your experience with our products perfect, so if the error was our fault, we will reship the order.
Shipments from WOW may be effected by warmer climates/temperatures. Products containing chocolate chips will melt when exposed to warmer temperatures. While this may effect the appearance of the product, it does not effect the delicious taste of WOW products. WOW is not responsible for replacement of items that have melted during warmer weather.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) so they can rectify the situation. Returns to retailers are subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer's refund policy.
WOW Baking Company is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of mishandling by the shipping company or the return of product due to wrong delivery information being given.
