Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fudge

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Sugar

1/2 Cup Milk

1 1/2 Cups Marshmallow Fluff

1 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

4 Ounces WOW Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Crumbled


DIRECTIONS:

1) Prepare a 8x8 baking dish by lightly spraying with cooking spray.

2) Combine the sugar and milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to combine.

3) Boil the mixture for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.  Remove from heat.

4) Add the marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and vanilla to the saucepan and stir together until well blended.

5) Pour fudge into a prepared pan and even out the top. Heavily coat top with crumbled Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies and press lightly.

6) Cool the pan on a rack or in the refrigerator to room temperature.

7) Cut and serve in about 1-inch pieces.
