INGREDIENTS
4 2.75 oz WOW Baking Company Peppermint Brownies
1 7 oz Container Marshmallow fluff or Marshmallow Creme
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Creme de Menthe Liqueur
2 Tblsp Creme de Cacao Liqueur
2 Drops Green Food Coloring (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Makes 1 Grasshopper Pie
CRUST
1) Open Peppermint Brownies and leave them out one or two days so they are dry and crumbly.
2) Crumble up brownies and pour crumbs into a greased 9-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Pack them down with a flat bottomed glass.
3) Place in the oven at 350 F for 5 minutes to melt brownie crumbs together. Coole completely before adding pie filling.
FILLING
1) Add marshmallow fluff to a medium microwave-save bowl. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, just until fluff is soft.
2) Add 2/3 Cup Whipping Cream to fluff and whisk until combined. Set mixture aside to cool.
3) While waiting for marshmallow fluff to cool, prepare Peppermint Brownie crust.
4) Add Creme de Menthe, Creme de Cacao and food coloring (optional) to the cooled Marshmallow mixture and stir to combine.
5) In a separate large mixing bowl, add remaining whipping cream (1-1/3 cup) and beat until there are stiff peaks.
6) Add whipped cream to the marshmallow mixture and gently fold in.
