Holiday French Toast

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 Cup WOW Baking Company Gourmet Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Mix

2/3 Cup Milk

4 Large Eggs

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tsp Cinnamon

1 Package WOW Baking Company Vermont Maple Cookies

1 Package Gluten-Free Bread

Maple Syrup

 

DIRECTIONS

Makes about 6-8 mini cheesecakes

1) Combine WOW Baking Company Gourmet Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Mix, Milk, Eggs, Vanilla and Cinnamon in a bowl large enough to dip bread slices. Be sure all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

2) Dip both sides of gluten-free bread into the batter.

3) Cook both sides of the bread over medium heat on a nonstick skillet until browned.

4) Crumble WOW Baking Company Vermont Maple Cookies over the slices and drizzle maple syrup.

5) Enjoy!
