Cherry Cheesecake Pie

INGREDIENTS

3 or 4 - 2.75 oz WOW Baking Company Snickerdoodle cookies

8 oz Cream Cheese (at room temperature)

1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)

4 Tablespoons Milk

1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

15 oz Cherry Pie Filling


DIRECTIONS

Makes 1 Pie

1) Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Prepare a pie dish by spraying with a cooking spray.

2) While the oven is preheating, grind the cookies to a sandy texture with a food processor and pour the prepared pie dish.

3) With your fingers, press down cookie crumbles to cover the entire pie dish.

4) Place the pie dish in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and press down on warm soft crust with fingers. Let the crust cool completely.

5) Beat cream cheese till fluffy in a medium-sized bowl.

6) Add milk and cool whip. Mix until smooth and then add the powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time.

7) Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

8) Once the pie is chilled add the cherry topping, slice and serve.
