Cherry Cheesecake Pie


2 2.75 oz WOW Baking Company Snickerdoodle cookies

8 oz cream cheese at room temperature

1 cup cool whip, thawed

4 tablespoons milk

1/2 cup powdered sugar

15 oz cherry pie filling


Makes 1 Pie

1) Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Prepare pie dish by spraying with cookie spray.

2) While, the oven is preheating, grind cookies to a sandy texture with a food processor and pour the prepared pie dish.

3) With your fingers, press down cookie crumbles to cover entire pie dish.

4) Place pan in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and press down warm soft crust with fingers. Let the crust cool completely.

5) Beat cream cheese till fluffy in a medium sized bowl.

6) Add milk and cool whip and mix until smooth. Then add the powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time.

7) Pour the mixture in the the cooled pie crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

8) Once the pie is chilled, add the cherry topping, slice and serve.

9) Enjoy!
