Orange Clove Holiday Ham

INGREDIENTS

1 Bone-in Whole Ham (11 - 13 lbs) or Half Ham (5 - 6 lbs)

8 oz of WOW Baking Company Orange Clove Cookies, crumbled

Water


DIRECTIONS

1) Heat oven to 325 degrees.

2) Place ham, fat side up, in a roasting pan large enough to fit it.

3) Add 2 cups water or enough water to reach about 1/2 inch.

4) Cover with foil and set in oven. Roast your ham for 10 minutes per pound.

5) During the last 30 minutes, raise the temperature to 425 degrees. Sprinkle and rub the Orange Clove Cookie crumbles on top of the ham during the last 10 minutes.

6) Let rest for 20 minutes before carving.

7) Enjoy!
