INGREDIENTS
WOW Baking Compnay Gourmet Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup water or milk
2 eggs
1 cup All Purpose Gluten-Free flour
1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Add cake mix, all purpose gluten free flour and melted butter in a large bowl and mix.
3) Add water or milk and eggs. Mix thoroughly until well combined and the batter looks like a loose/wet cookie batter.
4) With a cookie scoop, scoop dough onto prepared sheet pan with parchment or greased.
5) With 2 fingers pat down the cookies to slightly flatten. Sprinkle cookies gently with sprinkles and bake for 15-18 minutes (until toothpick comes clean).
