INGREDIENTS
10 WOW Baking Lemon Burst Cookies
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Makes 5 cookie sandwiches
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and butter.
2) Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese mixture for about 3 minutes or until well-combined and smooth.
3) Place 5 WOW Baking Lemon Burst Cookies face-down on a flat surface.
4) Spread cheesecake mixture on top of all 5 cookies.
5) Place one cookie on top of each cheesecake spread to create mini cookie sandwiches.
