2 Packages WOW Baking Company Gourmet Yellow Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1 Gallon Birthday Cake Ice Cream (a confetti or cotton candy ice cream)
Your Favorite Whipped Cream Icing
Festive Sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
1) Make cake batter according to directions on packages. You can use WOW Baking Company Gourmet Yellow or Chocolate cake mix.
2) Pour batter into 3- 5" cake rounds and bake. Let cool completely.
3) Place 5 medium sized scoops of Birthday Cake ice cream on top of the first cake layer and spread with an off set spatula or knife to create a thick ice cream layer.
4) Top with the second cake layer and add a second ice cream layer to the top of the second cake layer.
5) Top with third cake layer (top), using the spatula or knife to cleanly spread any ice cream that is needed to be smoothed on the edges of the cake.
6) Place in freezer and freeze for 2 - 3 hours.
7) Once frozen, remove from freezer and ice the top of the cake with whipped cream icing.
8) Decorate with festive sprinkles and place back in the freezer until ready to serve.
