Happy Birthday Cake Pie

INGREDIENTS

Crust

8 ounces WOW Baking Company Birthday Cake Cookies, crumbled


Filling

3/4 cup WOW Baking Company Yellow Cake Mix

1 package (3.4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups cold milk

Buttercream frosting to decorate

Sprinkles


DIRECTIONS

1) Preheat the oven to 300°F.

2) Press cookie crumbles into the bottom of a 8-inch pie baking dish, and bake until soft, about 5 minutes. Quickly press down with fingers, being careful to not burn.

3) Place the dish on a wire rack, and let the crust cool completely.

4) Make the filling by mixing vanilla pudding mix, milk and cake mix for 2 minutes.

5) Add heavy cream to your stand mixer on high speed for 1-2 minutes until they reach stiff peaks.

6) Fold into filling mixture.

7) Set aside, and let it stand for five minutes.

8) Spread pudding over crust layer and freeze. If desired, decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
