Gluten-Free Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 heaping cup of frozen mixed berries

1 small ripe banana

1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup yogurt

2-3 tablespoons milk


Toppings

WOW Baking Company Oregon Oatmeal Cookies, crumbled

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

1 tablespoon chia seeds


DIRECTIONS:

1) Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender.

2) Blend until a smooth soft serve consistency.

3) Scoop into bowls and sprinkle with toppings.

4) Enjoy!
