Gluten-Free Coconut Granola Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 Tub Oregon Oatmeal Cookies
1 Tub Snickerdoodle Cookies
1/2 Cup Oats
4 Tablespoons Honey
1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Coconut Glour
 
Crumble up the oatmeal raisin and snickerdoodle cookies by hand in a large bowl.  Add oats, honey, coconut, sugar and coconut flour.  Mix thoroughly and roll into 1.5 inch balls.  Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS

Makes About 24 Granola Balls

1) Crumble the Oregon Oatmeal and Snickerdoodle cookies by hand in a large bowl.

2) Add all of the remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix thoroughly.

3) Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch balls. Top with additional coconut if desired.

4) Enjoy!
