INGREDIENTS
4 oz Roasted and Unsalted Peanuts
4 oz WOW Baking Company Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, cut into pieces
1 11 oz Package Butterscotch Chips
4 oz White Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
1) Prepare a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
2) In a large sauce pan over medium high heat, add 2 inches of water and bring to a simmer.
3) On top of the pan add a large glass bowl filled with both butterscotch and chocolate chips.
4) Add all chips to the bowl and carefully with a spatula melt.
5) Once all chips are melted, remove glass bowl from heat and fold in peanuts and cookie pieces.
6) Scoop out about 1/4 cup cluster clumps onto prepared pan.
7) Let cool and harden for about 1 hour.
8) Enjoy!
