INGREDIENTS
3 oz WOW Baking Company Strawberries & Cream cookies, crumbled
3/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
24 oz white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
14 oz condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
1) Crush freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor or coffee/spice grinder. Leave some pieces a little chunkier to add texture.
2) In the same food processor, chop Strawberries & Cream cookies by pulsing to leave larger crumbles. Set aside both sets of crumbles.
3) Prepare an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
4) Melt the white chocolate, condensed milk, butter and vanilla in a saucepan on medium heat. Continuous mix so the mixture does not burn.
5) Fold in crushed strawberries into the saucepan mixture and then pour into the prepared pan.
6) Sprinkle top with cookie crumbles and let cool for 2 - 3 hours.
7) When the fudge is solid, pull it from the pan and cut into small squares to serve.
