INGREDIENTS
4 ounces WOW Baking Company Key lime White Chocolate cookies, crumbled
3.4 ounce vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
Berries to garnish, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Whipped cream (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) In small individual tart pans press down cookie crumbles to form crust.
3) Place tart pans on a sheet pan and bake for 3 - 5 minutes to soften cookie.
4) Remove from oven and gently press down on warm cookie crust.
5) Let cool for 5 minutes and pop out crusts from pans.
6) Mix vanilla instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups cold milk.
7) Scoop pudding into middles of cookie pie crust and smooth flat to place fruit on top.
8) Refrigerate until ready to serve.
9) Enjoy!
