Chocolate Mud Pie

INGREDIENTS

Crust:

3 WOW Baking Company 2.75 oz Chocolate Brownies, crumbled


Pie:

1 package (5.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix

1/2 container (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided

1 WOW Baking Company 2.75 oz Chocolate Brownies, crumbled for topping

DIRECTIONS

1) Preheat the oven to 300°F.

2) Press the brownie crumbles into the bottom of a 8 inch pie baking dish and bake the crust until it's soft and melted - about 5 minutes.

3) Remove the dish to a wire rack and let the crust cool completely.

4) Make the chocolate pudding according to the package directions.

5) Set the pudding filling aside and let it stand for five minutes.

6) Pour the pudding filling over crust layer; top with a layer of whipped topping. If desired, top with brownie crumbles!
