White Chocolate Cheesecake with WOW Baking Company Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Soft Baked Gluten-Free Cookies

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

3 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

2 oz white chocolate, melted

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup Cool Whip

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 oz WOW Baking Company Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies, crumbled and

2 whole WOW Baking Company Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies

Valentine sprinkles (optional)


DIRECTIONS

1) In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, white chocolate, powdered sugar, Cool Whip and vanilla together until combined.

2) Sprinkle about 1/4 cup crumbled cookies in the bottom of 2 serving cups.

3) Top crumbles with either a dollop of cheesecake or it can be piped on top with a piping bag (approximately 1/4 cup) in each cup.

4) Refrigerate until serving (at least 1 hour).

5) Garnish with 1 cookie on top and sprinkles.

6) Enjoy!
