Cream Cheese Frosting

INGREDIENTS

8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

6 tablespoons butter, softened

3 cups sifted powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Juice of ½ lemon


DIRECTIONS


1) Cream together cream cheese and butter in a large bowl.

2) Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until there is a smooth consistency without lumps.

3) Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.
