Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Dip

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup WOW Baking Company Snickerdoodle Cookies, crumbled

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup butter, softened

¾ cup confectioners sugar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

 

DIRECTIONS

1) In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and butter.

2) Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese mixture for about 3 minutes or until well-combined and smooth.

3) Hand-crumble the WOW Baking Company cookies and add it to the mixture, followed by chocolate chips.

4) Gently stir all ingredients together.

5) Pour mixture into a serving dish and serve with your favorite WOW Baking Company cookies.
