Oregon Oatmeal GF Granola

INGREDIENTS

1 8 oz Package WOW Baking Company Oregon Oatmeal Cookies

1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

1/4 Cup Pecans, Toasted and Chopped

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Chips, Toasted


DIRECTIONS

Makes 2-3 Servings

1) Toast pecans and coconut in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

2) Stir occasionally so pecans and coconut do not burn. Remove from heat when they are fragrant and light brown in color.

3) In a large bowl, mix toasted items with crumbled cookies and rolled oats.

4) Serve plain or on top of your favorite yogurt.

5) Enjoy!
