INGREDIENTS
16 - 1 oz WOW Baking Company Lemon Burst cookies
2 tablespoons lime juice (from 1 lime)
1/4 cup water
Dry gelatin mix, any flavor
DIRECTIONS
1) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2) Pour the gelatin flavors into separate small bowls.
3) In a small misting or squirt bottle, mix water and lime juice.
4) Spritz cookies lightly with spray. Immediately roll or dip cookies in gelatin, alternating colors.
5) Place on a prepared sheet to set up. Gelatin will dry slightly.
6) Eat immediately or chill on sheet in a single layer to serve later.
