1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored and administered by WOW Baking Company, 1607 45th Street East, Sumner, WA 98390.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of WOW Baking Company and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
During the giveaway period, visit WOW Baking Company's official Facebook or Instagram giveaway post and comment with the holiday cookie flavor you would choose first.
Limit one entry per person across both platforms. No purchase, payment, sharing, tagging, or following is required to enter or win.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins November 9, 2026, and ends November 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. All entries must be received by the deadline.
5. Prize
One winner will receive two packages of WOW Baking Company Snack & Go Holiday Cookies. Each package contains 12 individually wrapped, 1 oz soft-baked gluten-free cookies in a variety of holiday flavors.
Total Prize: 2 packages containing 24 individually wrapped cookies.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $29.95.
Shipping is included at no cost to the winner. No cash alternative or prize substitution, except at the sponsor's discretion where permitted by law.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 17, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be contacted through WOW Baking Company's official Facebook or Instagram account and must respond within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Additional Terms
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. WOW Baking Company may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence.
WOW Baking Company reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or ineligible entries and to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness or integrity, subject to applicable law.
